ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS:
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Each shoot is different and duration depends on many factors. On average it takes around 2 - 3 hours, but to be honest I don't count our session by hours. We will be shooting until we're happy with the results.
WHO WILL BE THERE IN THE STUDIO DURING THE SHOOT?
I work on my own, which means no assistants hanging around. So, unless you opt for makeup it will be me and you. You're welcome to bring a friend with you or your partner, but bare in mind that having a third person looking from the side will affect the mood and flow of the day.
DOES IT HAVE TO BE IN YOUR STUDIO?
No, it's not necessary. We could shoot in your place or your chosen location. The look of the photographs will be different because we won't be able to recreate studio setting. However, it will add another dimension that is not possible to achieve in the studio. I'm open to location ideas.
CAN I BRING SOMEBODY WITH ME?
Yes, by all means, if that makes you more comfortable, please do. It will alter your experience that's for sure and sometimes it turns out not so helpful having a third person watching you. But the call is yours - you need to feel right about this one.
HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR THE SESSION?
I'd say come as you are, be positive and don't worry - I'm here for you! Wear something comfortable and avoid lingerie with elastic band. Bring with you anything you want to accompany you in the picture (i.e. a hat, gloves, ect), you can be creative here, it's your photoshoot. Each shoot is different and we will have a detailed discussion about your ideas before the session. Have a good night sleep before coming in - no need to explain this.
WHAT SHOULD I BE WEARING ON THE DAY?
Wear comfortable clothes. Try not to dress in anything with elastic band that would leave temporary marks on your skin - depending on the skin it can take a while for them to disappear.
MAKE-UP OR NO MAKE-UP?
I usually shoot without any makeup - all natural. If you want to use yours that's fine. I can arrange a makeup artist as well. Let's consider the options!
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW HOW TO POSE?
You don't need to know it and I don't pose my sitters. Posed pictures have some 'stiffness' in them and I try to avoid that by all means. So in that respect your inexperience could actually be an advantage.
WHEN DO I GET MY FINAL PHOTOS?
At the end of the photoshoot you will have time to make a selection of your favourite takes. I should be able to send ready photographs within 2 weeks time. The print could take a bit longer.
DO YOU RETOUCH THE PHOTOS?
I work on the images in post production as much as old school photographers worked on their images in the darkroom - developing the photograph, changing contrast, making best out of the negative. I don't retouch as in enhance/shrink body parts or airbrush skin. I could remove temporary blemishes or bruises, spots, but I do that only when it's necessary.
WHERE DO YOU KEEP MY NUDE IMAGES? ARE THEY IN SAFE PLACE?
I keep the images on secure backup drive in my office and on my computer while working on them. Once they are ready you will receive a password protected access to an online gallery. You will be able to download all the selection from there. After that I will keep a backup of the files on my server in case you wanted extra images in the future.
